- Will converting WEBP to GIF reduce quality?
- GIF uses lossless LZW compression within a palette of at most 256 colors per frame. Converting full-color images can reduce color detail or create banding.
- What happens to photo metadata and GPS location?
- The default privacy setting removes private EXIF details such as GPS location, serial numbers and owner names. Other metadata is kept only when the output format and encoder support it. You can choose to preserve or remove metadata in the settings.
- Can I convert many files at once?
- You can add up to 500 files to a batch, set a common format or adjust files individually, then download multiple results as a ZIP. Large batches may be limited by your device’s available memory.
